• Checked and presented for sale
A rigorous multi point check is completed by manufacturer trained technicians. Only once a vehicle has had a multi point check will it be offered for sale. Vehicles that do not meet the standard are sent to auction.
• Minimum 3 month warranty
All Palmers used vehicles come with a minimum 3 month manufacturer backed warranty or the remainder of the manufactures existing 3 year warranty. All major components are covered giving you peace of mind motoring and protection against large unexpected bills (details of exact component cover are available on request).
• Full provenance check
At Palmers we believe the history of the vehicle is fundamental to your decision making process. All our vehicles are checked to ensure there is no outstanding finance agreements, the vehicle is not stolen or been involved in a “write off” insurance claim. (A recent estimate published in the Daily Mail claimed that there could be as many as 4 million write offs driving around the UK. As many as 264,000 category ‘A’ write offs, which should have been destroyed and 1.2 million category ‘B’ where the chassis was crushed, leaving the vehicle fit only for spares).
• Mileage check
To ensure the mileage is genuine, vehicles undergo a detailed check, which involves contact with previous owners.
• Preparation
Following the stringent checks made above, as you might expect we prepare our vehicles to a high standard too. Whilst any mechanical or electrical equipment can fail; our preparation is designed to reduce the risk of early component failure and improve overall reliability. All our vehicles also come with an MOT if required.
Finally the vehicle is fully valeted by a professional company, restoring the vehicle back to the glory of its first days. We also offer a variety of products to enhance and maintain this finish, please ask for more details.
• 30 day exchange plan
Following the comprehensive schedule detailed above, as you can imagine faults are very rare, however for added peace of mind. All Palmer’s vehicles come with a 30 day exchange plan. Should your vehicle encounter a problem within the first 30 days or 1000 miles from delivery and we are unable to rectify the fault. If you wish, we will exchange it for another vehicle from group stock of the same value or higher (providing you pay the difference).

• Admin Fee
All of our new and used car orders are subject to a £99 admin fee. This covers:
- A Full Experian Provenance Check
- Vehicle Mileage Check
- Transfer of existing warranty or registration of any new policy
- Taxing of your new car
- 10 litres of fuel
- Transfer of ownership details with the DVLA
